Minor bug report on name tag in gpx export

Hi all, 

I'm a quite new cycle.travel user and would like to share first that I really appreciate it and am very impressed by the amazing quality of work done here, moreover when we discover that is a single-man, independent realization.

I've noticed (what I think it is) a minor bug on gpx export (Download GPX track feature). When I download a single route, the tag <name> inside the gpx file is truncated to 15 chars but when I download a full folder, routes are compressed in a zip file and name tags are not altered (in each route). Could you please check?

I've noticed also that routes names are altered when converted to filenames. '-' and '--' are converted into a single '_', is it expected?

these are minor inconvenients I agree but I like to try to keep names consistency across platforms and devices.
